There is a large parking lot behind the building with free parking available. If these spots are full, there is street parking available directly in front of the building and on the opposite side of Belmont Ave. There are also additional free parking lots around the Belmont Village area.

The closest bus route is the Route 16, which stops just a few metres from the office. We are also walking distance from the Grand River Hospital LRT stop, as well as routes 20 and 7.

When arriving at 684 Belmont, you can enter through the centre door at the front of the building or through the door marked “684” from the back parking lot. Head to the third floor, following signs for "Crocus and Robin Counselling Services." Once you have arrived, please let yourself in the front door and make yourself comfortable in our waiting room, and Olivia will be out to meet you shortly. 

Unfortunately, the office is located on the third floor and may not accessible for clients using mobility aids. If you require a more accessible space, please contact us directly and we can discuss alternatives.
