About Olivia

I am a Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and make meaningful changes that support growth, self-trust, and a more fulfilling life.

In therapy, we engage in an in-depth exploration of the experiences that have shaped who you are today. Together, we look at how past trauma and relational wounds continue to influence your emotions, relationships, and sense of self in the present. I use an integrative approach that simultaneously supports deep insight and practical change.

  • Therapeutic Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that all people have an innate capacity for growth and change. However, that capacity is often shaped and constrained by trauma, difficult relational experiences, and oppressive social systems. I won’t tell you how I think your challenges developed. Rather, we co-create an understanding based on your knowledge of yourself and your context.

  • What to Expect in Sessions

i am kind, but direct, so i work well with clients who are open to being challenged. i prioritize continuity between sessions, meaning we focus on overarching goals more than updates from the week. although my approach is goal-oriented, my sessions are unstructured and exploratory — that means no worksheets or structured homework. i also value humour, so we’ll connect if you love to laugh, too.
